Digital ShividiV artworks are sold with clear personal or commercial usage rules so collectors, creators and brands know how they can use each piece.
Personal license
A personal license is for private use such as wallpaper, home display, personal print or collecting the artwork digitally. It does not allow resale, brand use, merchandise, NFT minting, games, broadcast or paid campaigns.
Commercial license
A commercial license is required for product design, brand visuals, social media campaigns, merchandise, games, broadcast, advertising, YouTube/creator projects, print-on-demand, NFT use or any project that creates commercial value.
Artist credit
When possible, commercial use should credit the artist as Shiva Chaichian / ShividiV Art Collection. The artwork remains part of the ShividiV world and cannot be claimed as a new original work by another artist or brand.
Download delivery
After payment is confirmed, the digital download appears in the user dashboard as an artwork file, matching license text and ZIP pack. Keep the license text with your files for future reference.
